Rosh Hashana/ Yom Kipur

Traditional synagogue services, aided by translated, transliterated texts of main prayers, are open to all Jews for free, regardless of prior Jewish knowledge or affiliation. Come hear the stirring sound of the Shofar, and re-evaluate your relationship with G‑d as a beloved, integral part of the Jewish people.

After prayers, join us for a traditional Rosh Hashana feast, complete with apples and honey, fish heads, tzimmes, and all the rest! (Advance reservations required.) On the first day of Rosh Hashana, lunch is followed by a Tashlich ceremony on the bank of the Danube River – drown your sorrows (and your sins!) the Jewish way and start the new year off on the right foot! Then for Yom Kippur start and break fast with us!

Services will take place in the main synagogue, located at Heydukova ul. 11-13.
